Positive Science - Economics Open Access | Rolling Submissions CALL FOR PAPERS Positive Science - Economics Positive Science - Economics invites submissions for its inaugural issues. The journal publishes research on the dynamic relationship between society and the economy, bringing together rigorous economic analysis with insights from sociology, psychology, political science, and related fields. We welcome contributions that advance a human-centered understanding of economic progress and inform scholarly and policy debates. Scope and Topics We encourage theoretical, empirical, and mixed-methods work on topics including (but not limited to): • Economic inequality, social mobility, and redistribution • Labor markets, human capital, education, and skills • Social capital, trust, networks, and collective action • Institutions, governance, political economy, and regulation • Behavioral and experimental economics; decision-making • Technological change, digital economy, and AI in society • Sustainability, climate transition, and inclusive growth • Migration, demographics, health, and well-being Article Types Original research articles, research notes, review articles, and policy perspectives are welcome. Where relevant, we encourage the submission of replication materials (data and code) to support transparency and reuse. Peer Review and Publication • Structured expert evaluation by a three-reviewer panel, coordinated by a designated Lead Reviewer. • Author anonymity options are available; reviewer reports remain confidential by default. • No submission fees. Article Processing Charges (APCs) apply only after acceptance for open-access publication. Submission Guidelines Manuscripts should be written in English and include an abstract, keywords, and JEL classification codes. Authors are asked to disclose funding and potential conflicts of interest. For empirical work, data and code availability statements are strongly encouraged. Special Issues and Community Roles We welcome proposals for special issues and invite expressions of interest from scholars willing to serve as editors, reviewers, or advisory-board members for the journal.
